Return & Refund Policy

At Shenzhen Yinghejie Technology Co., Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our Return & Refund Policy below to understand the process.

1. Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • Wrong Item Received: If you received an item that does not match your order, you are eligible to return it for a full refund or exchange.

  • Non-Defective Returns: If you simply change your mind, we offer returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or opened (except in cases of defects or damage).

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products not purchased directly from our website.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address. In some cases, we may request that the product be returned to us.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For damaged or defective products, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. The new item will be shipped once the original item has been returned and inspected.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but you can initiate a return upon receiving the product.
